About the Role:

Lunar ApS is seeking a Head of IT Security to lead and develop our security efforts. This is a critical position that requires a seasoned professional with expertise in internal IT security.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience applying industry standard frameworks such as NIS2, ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, or the CIS Controls. They should also have knowledge of DORA and other relevant regulatory frameworks, and be able to communicate complex security concepts to diverse audiences.

This role involves driving inspirational leadership, securing perimeters, and meeting compliance and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring a small team of security professionals, coordinating and executing penetration tests, and developing security awareness training programs for employees.

We are looking for someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and dive into operational tasks, ensuring that security measures are effectively implemented and maintained. Prior experience in a SaaS-driven environment, with knowledge of platforms like Google Workspace, Okta, Kandji, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Intune, and Defender is an advantage.
