You'll take the lead for technical coastal engineering excellence, manage met-ocean analysis of waves, currents, and water levels to establish design conditions for both coastal and offshore projects. Your key responsibilities will include designing tasks using state-of-the-art coastal engineering methods to address problems related to marine structures and climate change.

As part of our Ports, Marine and Coastal Department, you'll work with a highly recognized marine team, collaborating with municipalities, contractors, port owners, and renewable developers worldwide. You'll have the opportunity to develop both strategy and staff competencies in the field of coastal engineering, taking part in the management team.

About This Role
  • This role requires a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or similar) with +10 years proven experience in the design of marine structures.
  • You'll need extensive knowledge of relevant design codes and design methodology, as well as large experience with complex multidisciplinary marine projects.
  • Great communication skills are essential, with English at a professional level. Danish is highly appreciated, and any other language skills are a plus.
