We are looking for a highly skilled and self-driven IT Administrator to play a vital role in maintaining, supporting, and optimizing our Microsoft-based internal IT infrastructure.

You'll be joining a small, dedicated IT team where professionalism, knowledge sharing, quality, and a positive atmosphere are highly prioritized.

As our new colleague, you'll work with various technologies, including Windows, Hyper-V, Azure, Microsoft 365, Zendesk, Lenovo, Dell EMC, and Veeam. Together with your team, your primary goal will be to continuously support our business, develop and optimize internal processes, and enhance our ability to work smarter while upholding high security standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • ">
  • Planning and coordinating key areas of Continia's infrastructure with other internal stakeholders.">
  • Optimizing our infrastructure by improving monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.">
  • Developing and automating internal processes in collaboration with various stakeholders.">
  • Maintaining Continia's Windows servers, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Group Policies, networks, security policies, backups, and more.">
  • Ensuring ongoing compliance with Continia's ISAE 3402 certification, including updating operational procedures and tracking compliance-related goals.">
  • Evaluating and implementing new systems and solutions, such as migration to Microsoft Azure.">
  • Providing ad hoc support to internal stakeholders worldwide.">

This position is based in Continia's office with given flexibility to work remote, if necessary.

We expect you to have relevant qualifications and practical experience with Microsoft infrastructure environments and applications - preferably from a larger international context.
