Operational Planner Director

Role Overview

This role involves coordinating various aspects of project planning, including developing high-level plans, defining and standardizing planning procedures, and cultivating strong customer relationships.

Key Accountabilities:

• Develop high-level plans by merging inputs from external stakeholders and internal project teams.
• Define and standardize planning procedures for efficient project execution.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships through proactive communication and stakeholder management.
• Prioritize work packages based on site requirements, priorities, and dependencies.
• Oversee and review multiple plans running concurrently.

Essential Skills:

• Exceptional planning skills, including the ability to merge inputs from diverse sources.
• Proficiency in defining and standardizing planning procedures.
• Strong customer-supplier mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to prioritize work packages according to site needs and dependencies.
• Experience overseeing multiple plans concurrently.
• Experience with Primavera P6.
