- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, applying innovative techniques to enhance game art and player satisfaction.
- Proven experience as an Art Director or Senior Visual Director in casual mobile game development.
- Strong leadership skills, ability to communicate effectively, and passion for mentoring others.
- Portfolio showcasing stylized, cartoony game art and relevant experience with concepting, illustrating, animating, and implementing art assets.
- Familiarity with Unity and best practices for integration and performance.
- Able to drive improvements to pipelines and processes, promoting efficiency and quality.
