The Job Description

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the safety of our products and contributing to the development of machine safety solutions. Your primary areas of work will include:

  • Contributing to the selection of solutions that meet both the functional and safety requirements in the concept phase.
  • Preparing risk assessments in accordance with harmonized standards, including risk assessments in Safexpert.
  • Facilitating FMEA to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensuring compliance with the Machinery Directive and other relevant directives.
Requirements
  • You likely have an electrical or mechanical education as an engineer, marine engineer, or electrician.
  • Practical experience in developing both mechanical and control-related safety solutions.
  • Solid knowledge of the Machinery Directive and harmonized standards, as well as experience with the CE marking process in connection with machine development.
