Hospital Automation and Network Solutions
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Enterprise Network Automation Specialist to join our team as a Hospital Network Solutions Professional. This role will focus on providing technical support for Masimo customers in Denmark, with occasional travel to other regions and remote support.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in presales proof-of-concept activities to showcase the value of our hospital automation solutions
- Implement service sales strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Support key accounts and end users with product sales and proposals
- Identify potential customer training issues and propose solutions to ensure seamless integration of our systems
- Be the customer advocate for all matters involving service for Hospital Automation Solutions
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Three or more years of experience in Enterprise network management
- In-depth knowledge of networking using TCP/IP protocol in an Enterprise environment
- Excellent networked systems troubleshooting skills
- Working knowledge of VPN configurations and use
- Established self-starter with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
We also prefer candidates with:
- Five or more years of experience in Enterprise network management
- Experience with AirMagnet, Ekahau, or other site survey software
- Knowledge of Linux operating systems
