Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff and departments within the Supply Chain in Vejle, including two production planners and a warehouse manager.
  • Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce costs.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, delivery performance, and warehouse efficiency.
  • Prepare and manage supply chain budgets, including CAPEX and cost-benefit analyses.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Participate in projects to optimize capacity and improve supply chain efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Leadership experience in supply chain management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
