About the Role:
The Technical Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expansion within the concrete industry. This individual will be responsible for developing sales strategies, analysing market trends, and executing commercial roadmaps to achieve domestic market share targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales policies and procedures in coordination with the Sales Director Denmark/Benelux.
- BUILD STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS through frequent contact-points, active listening, and proactive value-added solutions.
- Establish a reliable sales forecasting/planning process and report Sales KPIs to ensure proper follow-up.
- Manage customer claims through interactions with key stakeholders to limit financial impact and ensure customer retention.
- Discuss credit limits with Finance department and track accordingly.
- Collaborate with Marketing department to build a Marketing & Communication plan and contribute to its implementation.
About You:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Technical Salesperson with a strong background in concrete, precast, or similar construction products. Your technical education combined with solid sales experience will enable you to engage in convincing advisory conversations with customers. You possess insight into contractual matters and are comfortable with negotiations.
