Lead IT/OT Project Management Office Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Manager to join our IT/OT Project Management Office team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of cutting-edge IT/OT and digital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 10 highly skilled Project Managers responsible for strategically important IT/OT and digital projects in the assembly and pack supply chain of Novo Nordisk.
  • Work closely with the global and local IT organisation and Line of Business to ensure strong anchoring of projects.
  • Oversee the successful completion of projects, ensuring they are aligned with our business objectives and deliver measurable results.
  • Coach and develop team members, helping them to grow in their roles and achieve their career goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT/OT project management, with at least two years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
