Job Requirements

To succeed as a Senior Software Architect at OMEGA, Inc., you will need to demonstrate a strong combination of technical and business skills, including:

Technical Skills:

  • Strong background in software architecture, with experience in developing applications that integrate with specialized hardware (Sensors, DAQs), network components, and cloud solutions

  • Proficiency in relevant applications and languages (primarily .NET and JavaScript), environments, systems software, packages, platforms

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)

Business Skills:

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project goals

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions

Requirements:

  • Min 5 years of proven experience in Software Architecture, methodologies, approaches and techniques, preferably within applications supporting physical domain analytics, both for new development and for continuous improvement of existing products and support of legacy products

  • Proven successful delivery of working software in a dynamic and international environment

  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills / mindset
