We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at Novo Nordisk Kalundborg. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving highly complex investment projects from early development to handover.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively manage project cost, scope, time, risks, and business impact through the project lifecycle.
- Organize and lead multi-disciplinary project teams to ensure successful completion of all project deliverables.
- Effectively engage and navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, securing alignment and clear decision-making.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Line of Business, senior management, and IPG.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a relevant field.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including at senior leadership level.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage project teams.
- Strong knowledge of project methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- PMP certification and other best practice certifications are an advantage.
