Your Key Responsibilities
- Automate and manage Continuous Integration/Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for all environments, ensuring seamless software delivery.
- Drive automation across the technology stack to speed up development, testing, and deployment, reducing manual errors and increasing efficiency.
- Create and handle technical service requests, monitoring their resolution and providing timely support.
- Participate in production deployments and provide post-deployment support to ensure system stability and resilience.
- Evaluate system health and stability, implementing improvements to reduce release failures and mean time to repair (MTTR), enhancing overall system reliability.
- Promote a DevOps mindset within the organization, emphasizing collaboration and continuous improvement to drive business success.
- Collaborate with application and operations teams to ensure system stability and resilience, aligning with organizational goals.
Requirements
- You're passionate about DevOps and want to optimize and streamline software delivery processes, leveraging your expertise to drive business results.
- You have hands-on experience with CI/CD workflows and knowledge of DevOps principles, applying them to achieve process improvements.
- You're skilled in communication and coordination to collaborate across internal teams and stakeholders, facilitating effective partnerships.
Key Technologies and Tools
- Linux/Unix, OpenShift/Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Bash, enabling efficient software delivery and management.
Additional Skills and Experience
- GitOps, Kustomize/Helm, Terraform, Java/Groovy, Spock, Maven, Continuous Delivery, providing a strong foundation for software development and deployment.
- Monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana/Splunk/OpenSearch, and messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, Hazelcast, supporting real-time system monitoring and analysis.
- Working knowledge of MongoDB, Nexus, Certificate Management expertise, and solid understanding of Network and IT infrastructure, ensuring robust system architecture.
- Incident management, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting techniques, enabling swift issue resolution and minimizing downtime.
- Log management, resource management, and documentation skills, maintaining accurate records and optimizing system performance.
- Jira/Confluence for project tracking and team collaboration, streamlining workflow and enhancing productivity.
- Experience with the Card Processing domain, demonstrating industry-specific knowledge and expertise.
