Your Role:
You will be responsible for leading our IT & Business Systems team, guiding the strategy and evolution of our IT infrastructure, security, and business-critical applications. This includes managing and evolving our IT infrastructure and security on Microsoft Azure, guiding the development and maintenance of our data platform (Databricks) and business intelligence systems, and collaborating on the strategy and evolution of business applications such as our CRM and ERP systems.
Requirements:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, business applications, and data management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
