The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing small and large-scale projects, with experience in operations and supply chain management. They will be able to work closely with our team of project leaders and operational excellence specialists to deliver results from improvements and projects within production, quality, and supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive complex projects to ensure improvement across operations.
- Work closely with management on the execution of our operations strategy.
- Facilitate cross-functional work and manage communication with team members and stakeholders.
- Analyze cause and effect relations, define and implement corrective/improvement actions.
- Closely collaborate with Quality, Production, warehouse, supply chain, sourcing, IT, and R&D teams.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with highly skilled colleagues in a global robotics organization. You will be responsible for facilitating our Lean and continuous improvement culture, reporting continuously on project status, budget, timeline, and risks.
