As a Senior Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer complaints.
  • Proficiency in using software and tools for customer service, such as FreshDesk.
  • Fluency in Swedish and Norwegian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
