Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacokineticist to join our team at Lundbeck, a global leader in brain disorders. As a key member of our Experimental Medicine organization, you will contribute to the success of our research and development projects.

About the Role

You will be responsible for designing and analyzing pharmacokinetic (PK) and pharmacodynamics (PD) aspects of preclinical and clinical studies. Your expertise will ensure that PK can support our clinical development plans and provide relevant insights for regulatory authorities.

Your duties will include:

  • Designing and analyzing PK/PD plans for preclinical and clinical studies
  • Representing the department in cross-functional teams and contributing to global clinical development plans
  • Writing scientific reports and preparing documents for PK/PD-related sections in study reports and manuscripts
  • Interpreting preclinical PK data to inform human dose projections
About You

We are looking for a skilled Pharmacokineticist with a strong background in pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, or related disciplines. You should have:

  • A BS or MS degree (at least 2-3 years of experience from industry) or PhD in a relevant field
  • A basic physiological understanding to facilitate collaborations with clinical colleagues
  • Solid research background and interest in understanding PK data in the context of complex biology
  • Working knowledge of PK/PD software (e.g., WinNonlin, NONMEM, R, MATLAB)
  • Proven ability to work independently and be self-motivated
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English
  • Skilled in building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared goals
What We Offer
