Job Description
The Mars Finance Leadership Experience (MFLE) is a 3-year program designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to accelerate their career growth in finance. As a participant, you will gain hands-on experience in various areas of finance, including supply finance, market finance, financial control, and digital finance.
You will rotate through three different positions over the course of the program, each lasting approximately one year. This will provide you with diverse exposure to our business segments, including Mars Wrigley, Mars Petcare, and Mars Food.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this program, you must have a passion for managing people and a love of finance. You should also possess excellent analytical skills, adaptability to new environments, and a willingness to learn and grow.
A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or administration is required. Fluency in English is essential, as you will work closely with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
