Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled Post-Production Operator to join our team at Synthesia. As a Post-Production Operator, you will be responsible for the processing, quality assessment, and post-production of our AI avatars. This is a technical video editing role that requires expertise in color grading, keying, and other post-production techniques.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video editing and experience working with DaVinci Resolve and Fusion. They will also possess excellent attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Process videos through our unique system to create digital avatars from video footage.
  • Expertly edit, grade, and key video footage to achieve optimal results.
  • Ensure quality through rigorous assessment of completed avatars.
  • Collaborate with service and customer success teams to deliver quality final avatars to customers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in post-production, specifically in color grading, keying, and other post-production techniques.
  • Proficient in DaVinci Resolve and Fusion.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
  • Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with the post-production team and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
