About the Role- Job Description: The Global Onboarding Senior Manager plays a critical role in ensuring new colleagues have a positive and productive start to their careers within the LEGO Group.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and delivering key onboarding training programs for new hires to ensure they understand the company culture, policies, and their roles.
- Collecting feedback from new hires and using metrics to measure the success of onboarding programs, and making data-driven decisions to improve the process and experience.
- Working closely with various departments such as PPC, Talent, Insights, Digital Technology (DT), and other partners to ensure a smooth and cohesive onboarding experience.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in developing, improving, and driving a global onboarding process in a similarly sized and complex, global organization.
