In this role, you will play a critical part in driving operational excellence across the organization, focusing on mapping, improving, and creating new processes aligned with company policy and area strategy. Your goal will be to develop and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and process excellence across the organization.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing Operational Excellence principles and systems, including visual management setup and organizing work efficiently.
  • Coaching and developing leaders and employees to identify Lean ambassadors and ensure ample coaching capacity for continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensuring knowledge sharing and representation of the organization in parent organization networks.

To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with implementing Lean or Operational Excellence in an administrative/office environment, as well as strong communication, coaching, and training skills.
