Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager with a strong background in finance to join our team in Greenville, SC. As the Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our North American organization.
Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring accurate bookkeeping and invoicing, managing financial processes in SAP, and maintaining an accurate and up-to-date accounting system. You will also be responsible for handling order confirmations, purchase order approvals, and monitoring inventory and stock.
Responsibilities
- Manage financial processes in SAP as well as month-end closing
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date accounting system
- Responsible for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Handle order confirmation and purchase order approvals
- Monitor inventory and stock
- Handle payroll and related tasks such as tax filing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role in an international company
- Experience with SAP and CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Knowledge of relevant US laws and tax rules
- Experience generating and communicating financial reports
- Experience analyzing performance and developing financial and operational goals
