  • Streamline client operations by configuring and implementing customized business rules and automations.
  • Bring product visions to life by configuring and implementing new features according to provided specifications and designs.
  • Ensure the quality and reliability of implementations by rigorously testing configurations and newly developed features.
  • Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues within existing applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Collect business requirements by engaging with marketers to translate them into technical specifications.
  • Utilize tools to build data audiences and manage segments while understanding their quality and integrity.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and recommending opportunities to optimize the Catalyst platform and its features.
