We are looking for a talented postdoctoral researcher to contribute to our ongoing research in Systems Neuroscience. The project involves conducting Neuropixels recordings from awake rodents, performing circuit manipulation, and analyzing spiking data at the population level. The successful applicant will join a diverse, interdisciplinary team of neuroscientists and data analysts and be part of a thriving international neuroscience environment at UCPH.
Your responsibilities will include conducting independent research of high international quality, collaborating with lab members, assisting with student supervision, and contributing to the development of technical advances. The ideal candidate has a strong background in electrophysiology and data analysis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in teams.
This is a fixed-term position limited to two years, with the possibility of an extension. The starting date is December 1, 2024, or as soon as possible after that.
