Womenswear Print

We are seeking a highly skilled Print & Jersey Designer to join our dynamic team in Copenhagen. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced designer to lead the design of prints and jersey collections for our womenswear line.

About the Role:

• Oversee the development and implementation of print designs, working closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery.
• Support the design process for annual collections, basic lines, and express/exclusive capsules, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation.
• Assist in the design of jersey categories within womenswear, leveraging your expertise to create unique and on-trend products.
• Develop seasonal artworks and prints, from research to final product, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Comment on and approve colour creations, fabric handlooms, and trims from suppliers, working closely with the production team to optimize processes.
• Create production-ready artwork files to communicate designs to partners, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
• Closely align with menswear, pattern design, the production team, and sales team to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
• Participate in design trend workshops, contribute to mood boards, prints, and colours, driving creativity and innovation.
• Organize and maintain the print and fabric archive, ensuring easy access to past designs and materials.
• Work towards our sustainability goals and implement our Materials Strategy on the jersey collection, contributing to a more environmentally friendly business model.
• Collaborate closely with buyers for sourcing, pricing, and development, providing expert input to drive business success.
• Create all style setups in our PLM-system, streamlining processes and improving efficiency.

Your Profile:

• You are a creative individual with extensive knowledge of printing techniques and design processes.
• You possess excellent organizational skills and are self-sufficient, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• You have high proficiency in all Adobe applications, with experience in Clo3D a plus but not required.
• You may have international experience, which is appreciated but not necessary.
