Director, Business Consulting - Consumer Products

As a Director, Business Consulting at Publicis Sapient, you will play a pivotal role in leading the overall business solution, vision, strategy, and roadmap for specific digital products within an engagement. You will collaborate with clients within the Consumer Products industry to undertake major Digital Business Transformation (DBT) initiatives, understanding their business, B2B needs, and delivering value through fast, incremental cycles.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with clients, strategists, experience leads, and enterprise architects to define business goals and value streams, shaping solution propositions that deliver transformative business outcomes and customer experiences.
  • Develop large solution visions that align with the product vision, strategy, and industry compliance, keeping the customer at the center of everything we do, leveraging design thinking tools.
  • Represent the client while facilitating solution workshops with cross-functional leaders, identifying new solutions, business needs, and solution options, with a focus on B2B platforms and e-commerce.
  • Develop solution hypotheses based on user research and industry and market trend analysis.
  • Translate solution vision into a product vision/roadmap containing well-defined, prioritized features that will realize the solution and value.
  • Validate and present the business case to C-level executives and lead business reviews to ensure the team prioritizes the right features.
  • Serve as a voice of the customer among the cross-functional team, with a deep understanding and representation of the customer's B2B needs and business objectives within e-commerce.
  • Establish objective goals for the product with success and acceptance criteria using meaningful metrics, KPIs, and quantifiable business outcomes.
  • Masterfully apply Lean Agile practices and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with product managers, other solution managers, and cross-functional capability managers to ensure all product teams are aligned towards the same program increment (PI) objectives.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects to envision and prioritize capability enablers.
  • Represent industry best practices and market trends to assist the client in maintaining a competitive advantage.
  • Build and maintain a trusting relationship with the client, teams, and vendors; develop influence without authority.
  • Inspire, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of Product Analysts to continually facilitate improvements in developing and enhancing best-in-class digital products and services.
