Job OverviewIn this role, you will work closely with our financial experts, system administrators, and technical colleagues to deliver exceptional results and drive business growth. With a rapidly expanding international atmosphere, we offer a dynamic and inclusive work environment that fosters collaboration and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support for NetSuite users while documenting issues, status, and resolutions.
- Resolve customization, workflow, and script issues independently or collaboratively with third-party NetSuite support vendors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving EDI issues with our 3rd party EDI service vendor.
- Assist users in creating advanced Saved Searches, Dashboards, KPIs, and Reports.
- Log issues and coordinate issue resolution with our 3rd party NetSuite support partner.
- Contribute to maintaining NetSuite through system updates, bundle updates, and monitoring system performance.
- Manage user roles and permissions to ensure users have access to data and tools needed to do their job while maintaining NetSuite security.
- Create and maintain documentation of NetSuite processes, customizations, and configurations.
