We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Consultant Expert to join our team in Sønderborg.

The ideal candidate will take a key role in implementing Hansen's billing software solution and customer experience (cx) projects for major clients. A strong focus on customer needs, technical skills, and consulting abilities is essential for success in this position.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves:

  • Customer requirements analysis and consulting
  • Setup and configuration of the CCB-NB solution and Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central
  • Conducting feature demonstrations to clients
  • Super user training of CCB-NB system and features
  • Documentation, testing, and quality assurance

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience working with customers in a consultative manner
  • A clear understanding of software solution delivery
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central or similar ERP systems
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Verbal and written English language skills are essential; German and Danish language skills are desirable but not required

Estimated Salary: 80,000 - 110,000 USD per year
