Chief Financial Analyst

BITZER Electronics A/S is a leading manufacturer of energy-efficient control solutions for heating, ventilation, and refrigeration applications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of master data and product costing within our SAP system.
2. Support business stakeholders in product costing and conduct variance analyses to inform financial planning and performance tracking.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales & Operations, R&D, and Quality, to align financial strategies and operational goals.
4. Develop and refine financial control systems and reporting mechanisms to provide critical commentary on financial results.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in production, preferably in the electronics sector, with a deep understanding of financial and accounting processes related to S&OP and product costing.
• Proficient in SAP R3/4HANA, SAP BW, Microsoft Excel, and other financial tools.
