Foster Collaboration and Partnerships: Act as a key liaison between data science teams and business partners to foster collaboration, drive innovation, and deliver insights that support strategic objectives.
About You
You will join a dynamic team responsible for driving the accuracy and quality of all data across the Finance organization, while leveraging data and AI to bring value for the finance organization. As a transformative finance professional, you will have the opportunity to distill complexity into clear, actionable narratives and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data, Finance, and Strategy.
Your Qualifications
Strong Finance Background: A solid background in corporate finance, FP&A, or controlling is required, along with experience supporting and influencing senior stakeholders in a matrix or global setting.
Analytical Skills: You should be comfortable navigating financial data and reports, even if you're not an advanced technical user.
Communication Skills: Strong presentation and communication skills are essential to distill complexity into clear, actionable narratives.
Nice to Have
Technical Skills: Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Databricks is desirable.
Finance Systems Experience: Experience with finance systems (e.g., SAP, Anaplan) is also beneficial.
Data Governance Experience: Exposure to data governance, self-service reporting, or analytics transformation initiatives is highly valued.
