Time Administration and Payroll Specialist – HR Role

About the Role:

The LEGO Group is seeking a skilled Time Administration and Payroll Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for hourly employees in Denmark.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate time administration for hourly employees in Denmark and meet deadlines for payroll processing.
  • Investigate and resolve payroll-related issues and discrepancies.
  • Test new functionalities and processes.
  • Communicate changes to existing processes to employees, managers, and the BSO Service Desk.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss and resolve challenges.
  • Respond to and resolve incoming payroll-related issues via our Service Now system.
  • Collaborate with the team on tasks such as refunds, apprenticeships, and electronic income.

Requirements:

  • A relevant degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a role with both salaried and hourly employees.
  • Familiarity with Danish labor law and collective agreements.
  • Experience with SAP and preferably Workday.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Danish and English.
  • Ability to work with confidential data.
  • Familiarity with the Office package, particularly Excel.
  • Good teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Initiative and a willingness to work towards deadlines.
  • Structured and detail-oriented.
