Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Director Leader to join our team in Project Centre Cheese, Evaporation, and Drying in Europe. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the overall implementation of projects, ensuring quality, cost, time, and client satisfaction metrics.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a global environment.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Managing and optimizing financial performance
  • Delivering overall project leadership and execution to agreed time and budget deliverables
  • Designing and delivering project scope according to project agreement
  • Driving productivity through utilization of global processes and tools, and ensuring project governance and risk management
  • Managing scope changes and issue variation orders
  • Securing project communication and documentation according to plan
  • Ensuring application of best practices and lessons learned, providing input to improvement or development of processes and tools
  • Managing a safe working environment for all

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or similar discipline; or equivalent skills and experience
  • PMP certification, or the motivation to attain PMP certification is required
  • At least 5-8 years' project management experience
  • Proven expertise with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, SAP, and Basic AutoCAD Skills
  • Very good command of written and spoken English language
  • Some knowledge of dairy, beverage, cheese, and/or powder processing
