Product Software Architect

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Software Architect to join our System Integration team at Jabra.
As a Product Software Architect, you will play a key role in shaping the realization of our products, outlining the software architecture in accordance with business needs, and establishing and aligning integration points across various disciplines.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with our System Engineering department, establish high-level requirements for software development, and ensure the overall integrity of the software.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product software architectures, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Establish a software technology module strategy based on the product roadmap.
- Comprehend and support the development of features and requirements for systems, sub-systems, and product components.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into product software architecture design.
- Design and create the overall product architecture and high-level technical specifications.
- Supervise the implementation of the product architecture, ensuring adherence to defined design principles.
- Assess the success of the software architecture based on predefined metrics, requirements, and key performance indicators.
- Stay up-to-date on new technologies, trends, and best practices in product software architectures.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills at all levels.
- Proficient in solving complex architectural challenges through strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
- Flexibility and eagerness to embrace new technologies, skills, and work methodologies.
- Capability to take initiative and guide integration efforts, as well as mentor junior team members.
- Strong technical expertise in two or more of the following areas: real-time hardware, software, audio, video, or their interfaces.
- Profound knowledge of artificial intelligence in products is preferred.
