About the Position

In this role, you'll work collaboratively with internal experts, consultants, and system architects to drive successful project outcomes. Your exceptional leadership skills will enable you to effectively communicate with stakeholders, ensure timely completion of projects, and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.

Your Key Tasks
  • Oversee the management of large-scale long-term projects, focusing on technological transformation and infrastructure projects in the media, IT, and entertainment sectors
  • Define and achieve project goals in terms of time, cost, and quality, collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Develop and implement effective project communication strategies, ensuring seamless collaboration with customers, suppliers, and other project participants
  • Work closely with sales and technology/system integration teams to drive commercial and organizational success
  • Lead project teams and external staff, providing guidance and support to ensure project delivery
  • Maintain and operate project management software (BlueAnt) and ERP systems (AP+) for reporting purposes
About Our Team
  • We value professionals with completed technical studies or comparable training, as well as career changers who bring diverse perspectives
  • We seek individuals with demonstrated knowledge in project management, particularly in technology project management (three to five years of experience)
  • Certifications in project management (GPM/IPMA, PMI, AXELOS) are desirable; at least one provided
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies like PMBOK, ICB, PRINCE2, and ITIL is essential
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are critical to success in this role
  • Proficiency in project management software (MS Project) and Office applications is necessary
  • Travel requirements include national and international trips, commuting to client locations as needed
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required
