Job Overview

As a Product Manager for Ice Cream Solutions, you will oversee the Upgrades product portfolio for designated business areas. Your responsibilities will include managing product strategy (including a 3-year plan), product roadmaps, product lifecycle, product sales growth, and profitability.

This role is based at TP Processing Systems A/S in Aarhus, Denmark or Lund, Sweden. You will have opportunities to work with international teams and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the category potential analysis for Ice Cream Upgrades to understand the service opportunity for different components of the portfolio.
  • Collect Customer Solution Needs, collaborate with Services Portfolio and Market, and translate CSN's into product development needs.
  • Participate in Upgrades product development, collaborate with development partners, and deliver product releases according to agreed roadmaps.
  • Lead life cycle management for assigned product portfolios and decide on product portfolio strategies based on product business performance measures.
  • Drive product deployment in markets and lead product business plans, collaborating with Services Portfolio, Market Operations, and Upgrades product specialists.
  • Establish and monitor product key performance measures, defining commercial guidelines and frameworks.
  • Maintain monitoring and analysis of delivery success, quality of service products, business intelligence, industry trends, and technology roadmaps, driving actions to secure competitive service offerings.

Requirements

  • University degree in Engineering, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Background in both engineering and sales.
  • Competence in Ice Cream Processing technology and background in Food Processing is a strong merit.
  • Product management experience.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
