Job Description

As a Senior Contract & Vendor Manager at Norlys, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes. With a strong background in contract management and vendor handling, you will oversee the end-to-end contract lifecycle using Sirion as the enabling system.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement CLM strategies to ensure alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Advocate for CLM best practices and drive organizational adoption through training and engagement.
  • Oversee contract administration, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and favorable terms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, legal, finance, and business divisions.
  • Lead audits, performance assessments, and change management initiatives to enhance CLM capabilities.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including Shared Service Centers and system suppliers, to optimize CLM tools and processes.

About You:

  • You have experience in contract lifecycle management and strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • You bring a positive and analytical mindset, along with a strong understanding of CLM systems and tools.
  • Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives within a complex organizational setting.
  • Legal or economic background; advanced certifications in contract management preferred.
