About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Purchaser to join our team at Kverneland Group Kerteminde AS. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for negotiating with suppliers, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the quality and cost of purchased parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Selecting suppliers and negotiating prices and terms and conditions to support our objectives
  • Developing supplier relationships to improve the company's Supply Chain and delivery performance
  • Implementing tender processes on a periodic basis and evaluating available materials, components, manufacturing, and value-added services
  • Selecting, developing, and managing a supplier base that supports our quality and technical requirements and ensures competitiveness now and for the future
  • Early involvement in the design process to support the selection of the right technologies and suppliers of Kverneland Group Kerteminde
Requirements

To succeed as a Strategic Purchaser, you will have a B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree with several years of 'hands-on' Strategic purchasing experience from technology-driven innovation processes and development projects, preferably from the production industry handling technical products. You will be fluent and at a high level in both Danish and English, spoken and written.
