**About the Role:**

Vestas is seeking an Electrical Power Systems Engineer to join our team in Aarhus, Denmark. In this role, you will have significant involvement from project concept to final verification, working at a high level with cutting-edge technologies and making a deep impact on Vestas' future growth.

**Job Responsibilities:**

  • Handle and provide technical solutions in Yaw, Lubrication & Hydraulics, working closely with our R&D teams and external suppliers.
  • Guide technical projects following the modular Vestas approach to market, from early concept stage through design and verification. Project timelines are typically 1-1.5 years.
  • Provide guidance on technical solutions as a cross-module technical project manager.
  • Implement new designs in accordance with Vestas' process and engineering change management system.
  • Be responsible for platform design, creating high-level technical purchase descriptions that enable external suppliers to deliver our products with expected quality and within agreed timelines.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Sc.E.E, M.Sc.E.E) combined with 2 years of professional experience.
  • Experience working with control panel design, knowledge of low-voltage components and system testing.
  • Familiarity with international standards such as IEC, UL, etc., e.g. IEC 60204-1 Machine directive.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written).
  • Work experience in a global company would be beneficial.
