About the Role- You will work closely with our Principal Investors & Private Equity Practice Area (PIPE) to address strategic technology challenges faced by clients during M&A transactions.
- As a Senior IT Consultant, you will drive groundbreaking projects forward using agile methods and modern approaches within strategic IT implementation.
- You will design and optimize unique IT architectures within enterprise solution requirements, modern custom software developments, and sustainable digital solutions.
- 4+ years' experience in IT strategy and consulting, professional software development or IT project management in a tech-related corporate development or start-up.
- Relevant experience from a top consulting firm focused on technology and digital initiatives.
- Basic understanding of IT/technology financials and how it impacts deal value.
- Experience working within a Merger and Acquisition (M&A) environment, with a focus upon technology due diligence, technology carveout, technology PMI or PE-related value creation initiative with a portfolio company.
- Strategic thinking with a basic understanding of IT/technology financials and how it impacts deal value.
- Ongoing analytical and conceptual skills, strong customer focus and mental agility with a results orientation.
- University degree with above average academic performance in a STEM related field or business management.
