About the Role: As a skilled Massage Therapist at AIRE Ancient Baths Copenhagen, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences through relaxing and cosmetic treatments. Your expertise will ensure that clients feel at ease and rejuvenated after their visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a range of body and facial treatments, adhering to our established protocols and techniques for optimal results.
• Carefully communicate treatment details and product information to clients, ensuring they are well-informed about their experiences.
• Maintain a sufficient supply of necessary products, promptly reporting any shortages or low stock to guarantee seamless customer experiences.
• Work collaboratively with partner therapists to provide consistency in couples' treatments and ensure a cohesive experience.

Workplace Expectations:

• Ensure work areas are consistently clean and ready for customer experiences, adhering to company protocols.
• SUPERVISE facility sanitation, product maintenance, and cleaning between treatments to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
• Monitor environmental conditions, ensuring they meet protocol standards for noise, temperature, and humidity to create an ideal ambiance.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience in a similar role, showcasing your ability to deliver high-quality treatments.
• A valid Massage Therapist course or certification, demonstrating your expertise in this field.
• Fluent English language skills, with Danish language proficiency being a valuable asset.
• A genuine focus on customer satisfaction and a talent for building strong connections with people.
• A flexible schedule, allowing you to work evenings, holidays, and weekends as needed to meet business demands.
