We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic External Affairs Director to join our team at Unique Human Capital A/S.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercializing and public affairs, with experience in implementing communication plans. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing and sustaining strategic engagement plans, building coalitions with external stakeholders, and monitoring legislative and regulatory developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing a government relations strategy and action plan.
  • Driving the company to be a relevant partner and member of the community amongst external stakeholder groups.
  • Implementing company communication strategy by HQ guidance.
  • Supporting the external impact of senior leaders on shaping business-critical policy.
  • Providing input to local Medical and Marketing Strategy and activities.
  • Adapting and/or developing brands' value propositions in line with HQ guidance.
  • Serving as an advisor and member of the payor and healthcare policy environment.
