Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive product sales and deliver impactful brand experiences.
- Build marketing strategies aligned with market vision and goals, working closely with Country Managers to define investments and priorities.
- Manage local agencies and partners as needed, ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in consumer or brand marketing, ideally in the Toy, Fashion, Consumer Products, or equivalent fast-paced industries.
- Advanced understanding of standard marketing techniques, including social media, digital, and influencer marketing.
