We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee cable pulling and cableway construction, installation, and termination at our offshore substation construction site in Aalborg.

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring a structured and smooth workflow for your teams, interacting with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures, and coordinating works according to project schedules in collaboration with foremen, engineers, and site management.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise teams involved in cable pulling and cableway construction, installation, and termination.
  • Plan and coordinate work activities, including quality spotchecks.
  • Coordinate works according to project schedules in close collaboration with foremen, engineers, and site management.
  • Conduct toolbox talks and communicate effectively with subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure progress reporting and follow-up.
Your Ideal Profile:
  • A relevant background in production electrician, electrical engineer, or foreman experience on larger construction sites.
  • Team management experience preferably from the construction industry.
  • Possess great communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English, verbal and written.
