About the Role

The Compliance Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the Director of Group Business Ethics & Compliance in preparing responses to internal and external information requests relevant to the overall compliance function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in tracking and following up on compliance audit findings to ensure corrective actions are implemented within agreed deadlines.
  • Support the performance of internal compliance reviews, which may involve occasional travel.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating existing compliance policies, ensuring they are current, relevant, and effectively communicated across the organization.
  • Contribute to the planning and global implementation of the third-party due diligence process, including ongoing monitoring and continuous process improvement.
  • Assist with various other compliance-related projects as needed.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Business Law, Finance, Communication or similarly relevant field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a structured and meticulous manner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English, with Danish fluency an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a keen sense of prioritization and time management.
