Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team in Aarhus. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality payroll services and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering accurate and timely payroll processing, including bi-weekly (6 groups) and monthly payrolls
  • Paying salaries according to 7 different union agreements
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for Social Insurance Tax Payments and Reports
  • Effectively managing advance payments, reimbursement requests, and maintaining partnerships with vendors and suppliers
  • Providing detailed financial records to the finance department for audits and reporting purposes
  • Coordinating RICC controls and facilitating knowledge sharing among stakeholders

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience in payroll management, preferably in a complex international organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential for success in this role.
