As a customer service consultant, your primary task will be receiving and responding to phone inquiries from customers who need roadside assistance. It is crucial to provide the right assistance in vulnerable situations.

We are looking for employees who can work independently and deliver excellent service to our customers. As a member of our team, you will be part of a larger unit that collaborates and supports each other when needed. You will also assist our partners in the insurance and automotive industry with questions related to roadside assistance.

To succeed in this role, we require:

  • Experience in customer service
  • Fluent Danish language skills, both spoken and written
  • Proficient English language skills, both spoken and written
  • Good knowledge of data/technology/systems
  • A clean criminal record is mandatory
