About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our Office of the CIO at Danish Crown. As an Agile Coach, you will play a critical role in driving and improving Lean-Agile ways of working in an international food company.

Global IT is responsible for developing, implementing, and operating IT across the Danish Crown Group. With over 300 colleagues across Denmark, England, Sweden, Poland, Netherlands, Germany, and China, we are looking for someone who can work collaboratively with leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters to promote Agile practices and enhance organizational agility.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing hands-on coaching to Scrum Masters, Agile teams, and domain leaders to adopt and apply Agile principles
  • Facilitating workshops and training sessions on Agile methodologies to foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and adaptation
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of Agile practices and recommending adjustments to improve transparency and alignment across the organization
  • Promoting Lean-Agile values and principles to drive business outcomes and employee engagement
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Agile adoption

About You

We are looking for a curious Agile Coach with strong stakeholder management skills, relevant education, and proven experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master. You should be comfortable with finding your way through ambiguity and situations where stakeholders hold divergent opinions.
