Job Description:

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented specialist to lead our CE marking process for new and existing products, ensuring compliance with EU directives and regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the CE marking process for new and existing products.
  • Ensure adherence to U.S. industry legislation, including FDA regulations, OSHA standards, and other relevant federal and state laws.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential compliance issues.
  • Manage internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including Declarations of Conformity, Technical Files, and user manuals.

  • Regulatory Compliance (EU and U.S.)
  • CE Marking
  • The new Machine Regulation, Machinery Directive, ATEX, PED, EMC
  • Risk Assessment according to ISO 12100
  • ISO and IEC Standards
  • National legislation
  • Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • Internal and External Audits
  • Technical Documentation
  • Cross-functional Team Collaboration
  • Training and Development
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills

Compensation:

DAL: 650,000 - 800,000 per year
