Job Description

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for heading multiple projects at a time, setting a clear direction, and ensuring that the commercial aspects of our strategies are always top-of-mind. You will handle all aspects of the project lifecycle from project start to delivery, including:

  • Attending pre-sale and proposal work, acting as project manager
  • Handling scope, work-break-down, estimation/budget, timeline, staffing, and risk management
  • Driving customer meetings at the project management level as well as at the steering committee level
  • Coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Working closely with our consultancy departments to set the right team for your projects
  • Collaborating with other departments who also contribute to the project delivery

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Solid experience in acting in the proposal stage of new engagements (prerequisite)
  • 5+ years of project management experience, having delivered successful large IT projects
  • Mastery of the project management discipline in all facets, ideally having a certification such as PRINCE2, IPMA or PMI
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration
  • Ability to build solid professional relationships and have experience with international stakeholder management
  • Understanding of what it means to manage projects within the realm of IT, understanding the link between technology, organization, and finance
  • Fluency in English and German (prerequisite), with an advantage if you can communicate in French
