Key Responsibilities:
- Drive lean techniques and value engineering to enhance process capabilities and eliminate waste.
- Identify and justify capital equipment investments to optimize production efficiency.
- Analyze downtime trends and develop solutions to minimize production losses.
- Ensure accuracy of manufacturing engineering procedures and documentation.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex problems.
- Identify business improvement opportunities within the organization.
Requirements:
- Engineering background with experience in electronic, machine, or production engineering.
- Strong knowledge of DFT, LEAN, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fluency in both Danish and English, both orally and in writing.
